IBEP HUNTER
SAFETY CLASSES
Washtenaw
Sportsman’s Club
Hunters Safety IBEP (International Bowhunter Education Program)
classes will be offered on Saturday February 9 from 8:30 am to
1:30 pm. There is a $10 class fee. Pre-registration required. A
limited number of seats are available.
There is Mandatory pre-class assignment must be completed and
turned in at class.
Classes open to students of any age. Students under 10 years old
MUST be accompanied by an adult. Parents and guardians are
encouraged to sit with their kids.
Bring a snack if you want.

pre-register.
Students
less than 10 years old MUST be accompanied by an adult.
All students
must meet the same minimum requirements to successfully complete
their class. Requirements include: attendance at all sessions,
completion of all assignments, attention and class
participation, behavior, performance on MDNR standard knowledge
test, performance during range and field exercises, attitude.
A parent or
legal guardian must sign the release document at the start of
class if student is less than 18 years old.
Parents or
legal guardians are encouraged to sit with their students.

These Hunter Safety classes are NOT the following:

IS NOT
the equivalent of a specific gun safety course.

DOES NOT
meet the requirements for Concealed Weapons permits. See our
Personal Protection Training
Program.
