Recently at a club meeting a topic of discussion was the use of ATV's during deer hunting season by disabled persons.

Simply put there are special rules that allow persons with specific disabilities to use their ATV that are exempt from the general governing ATV use rules.

For instance, if you have a permit all of the rules during firearm deer season governing ATV use are not applicable. The time restrictions and  trail restrictions go away. You are able to use your atv as you need regardless of time or trail restriction.

Here are some links that will take you to the word of law and I have included a copy of the permit that your doctor needs to complete.
